Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Client Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with clients to gather, analyze, and document their business requirements, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their CRM needs within the MS Dynamics ecosystem.
  • Solution Design & Implementation: Design and implement techno-functional solutions on MS CRM Dynamics that meet client specifications. Create detailed project plans outlining timelines and key deliverables.
  • Field Service Management: Oversee and optimize field service operations within the CRM platform, ensuring that service delivery aligns with client expectations and operational standards.
  • Project Operations : Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation through planning, execution, and closure, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Integration & Customization: Deliver customized solutions and integrations to existing systems, ensuring seamless operation of MS CRM Dynamics with other platforms and tools used by the client.
  • Training & Support: Provide training and support to client teams on the Salesforce CRM system, creating user manuals and documentation to facilitate knowledge transfer and enhance user competency.
  • Change Management: Assist clients in managing change during the implementation process, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions to existing operations.
  • Technical Expertise: Leverage deep technical knowledge of MS CRM Dynamics to troubleshoot issues, provide solutions, and suggest enhancements to improve system functionality.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring transparency and alignment with project goals.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in MS CRM Dynamics and related technologies; proactively suggest improvements to client systems and processes to enhance performance.
  • Desired Skills:
  • Strong techno-functional understanding of MS CRM Dynamics with a focus on field service capabilities.
  • Expertise in project operations, including project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about complex issues.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and internal teams.
  • Experience:
  • A minimum of 7 years and a maximum of 10 years of relevant experience in similar roles, demonstrating a balanced combination of technical and functional expertise within MS CRM Dynamics and project operations.
