Roles and Responsibilities:
- Client Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with clients to gather, analyze, and document their business requirements, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their CRM needs within the MS Dynamics ecosystem.
- Solution Design & Implementation: Design and implement techno-functional solutions on MS CRM Dynamics that meet client specifications. Create detailed project plans outlining timelines and key deliverables.
- Field Service Management: Oversee and optimize field service operations within the CRM platform, ensuring that service delivery aligns with client expectations and operational standards.
- Project Operations : Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation through planning, execution, and closure, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Integration & Customization: Deliver customized solutions and integrations to existing systems, ensuring seamless operation of MS CRM Dynamics with other platforms and tools used by the client.
- Training & Support: Provide training and support to client teams on the Salesforce CRM system, creating user manuals and documentation to facilitate knowledge transfer and enhance user competency.
- Change Management: Assist clients in managing change during the implementation process, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions to existing operations.
- Technical Expertise: Leverage deep technical knowledge of MS CRM Dynamics to troubleshoot issues, provide solutions, and suggest enhancements to improve system functionality.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring transparency and alignment with project goals.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in MS CRM Dynamics and related technologies; proactively suggest improvements to client systems and processes to enhance performance.
