- *Summary of Job Profile**: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven GM Sales to lead our Train
Operations sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth,
expanding our customer base, and developing strategic partnerships to enhance our market presence.
- *MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY:
- Sales Strategy & Growth:**
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Create plans to achieve revenue targets, identify target markets, and position company's products/services.
Identify new business opportunities and drive growth initiatives. Pursue new customers, markets,
or segments to drive growth.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to inform sales decisions.
Develop and execute plans to expand into new markets/segments. Identify opportunities to expand company's reach.
Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and alliances. Collaborate with other companies to drive growth.
- Team Management:
Lead and manage a team of sales professionals. Oversee sales team, set goals, and drive performance.
Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance management. Support team members to improve skills and performance.
Drive sales team productivity and effectiveness. Optimize sales processes and provide resources to boost team performance.
Develop and implement sales training programs. Enhance team's skills and knowledge.
Foster a culture of sales excellence and collaboration. Promote a positive and productive team culture.
