Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage sales operations across multiple zones, ensuring effective territory management and retail sales growth.
- Develop and execute strategies for new business development, recovery operations, and customer relationship building.
- Oversee FMCG sales performance, identifying areas of improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth through innovative solutions.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 10-20 years of experience in Sales Management or related field (FMCG industry preferred).
- Proven track record in managing large-scale sales operations across multiple zones.
- Strong understanding of Retail Sales, Territory Sales Management, Recovery Services, Operations Management, Business Development Operations, New Business Development, and Recovery Operations.
