Senior Graphic Designer

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join our team, focusing on creating and managing digital and print designs to support our marketing efforts. This role requires a combination of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills to enhance our brands presence across various media.

What You Will Do:

Graphic Design Creation and Management:

Develop and oversee digital and print designs for marketing needs.

Manage graphic design tasks, refine projects and drafts, and generate creative ideas.

Communicate proactively with stakeholders to discuss creative briefs and propose design solutions.

Articulate ideas and suggestions clearly to stakeholders.

Create designs that are functional, creative, and aligned with campaign goals.

Ensure designs promote the companys vision through high-quality graphic content.

Follow brand guidelines meticulously.

Key Skills:

Design and production of print and web assets including website imagery, brochures, e-newsletters, and social media posts.

Maintain brands visual identity across all channels.

Understand technical aspects of asset production for digital and print media.

Manage digital assets efficiently.

Support creative needs across all departments.

Develop campaigns for digital and print advertisements.

Ensure brand consistency across marketing projects.

Facilitate communication between marketing and design teams to meet deadlines.

Stay updated with industry developments.

Mandatory Software Skills:

Adobe Photoshop Expert in color correction, image editing, and productivity enhancement techniques.

Adobe InDesign Skilled in applying paragraph and character styles, with a deep understanding of typography and productivity tips.

Illustrator Proficient in creating high-end vector graphics and knowledgeable in productivity tips.

Microsoft PowerPoint Adept at formatting and designing presentations, including master slides and graphic elements.

Addon Software Skills:

Basic knowledge in Figma, HTML/CSS, HubSpot for emailer/landing page design, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe After Effects is a plus.
