Founding Brand Development & Marketing Manager (Beauty/Skincare Startup)

The Role

We are seeking a Founding Brand Development & Marketing Manager to lead brand growth, marketing strategy, and business development initiatives during our launch stage.

You will work closely with the founder to shape the brand identity, marketing direction, customer acquisition strategy, and industry partnerships.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute brand growth strategies

Build brand awareness across social media and digital platforms

Coordinate influencer and creator collaborations

Develop marketing campaigns for product launch

Support e-commerce and online sales growth

Identify and develop partnerships with clinics, spas, retailers, and distributors

Assist with brand positioning and storytelling

Coordinate content creation and promotional activities

Analyze marketing performance and recommend improvements

Help establish the brand as a recognizable skincare brand

Qualifications

Experience in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, wellness, or lifestyle marketing preferred

Strong understanding of social media marketing and brand building

Entrepreneurial mindset with self-driven work ethic

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Experience with Shopify, Instagram, TikTok, influencer outreach, or digital advertising is an asset

Startup experience is highly valued

Passion for skincare and beauty industry trends
