Role Overview

We are hiring a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to provide remote psychiatric assessment, medication management, and ongoing care. The role combines clinical expertise with empathetic patient engagement — supporting members across the spectrum of mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and develop treatment plans via telehealth
• Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications with appropriate monitoring
• Coordinate care with therapists, primary care providers, and other clinicians
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in the EHR
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, state licensure, and DEA requirements
• Participate in clinical case consultation and continuing education

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Active PMHNP certification and state licensure (in compact states or relevant jurisdictions)
• Active DEA registration
• Master's or doctoral degree in nursing
• 2+ years post-certification psychiatric practice experience
• Strong telehealth experience
• Familiarity with EHR systems and e-prescribing platforms
