We are looking for a seasoned Senior Front End Engineer who doesn't just "build UI" but understands the entire lifecycle of a modern web application. In this role, you will be a key architect of our Angular ecosystem, driving the evolution of our frontend architecture while collaborating closely with a robust microservices backend.

• MFE Architectural Leadership: Lead the strategic decomposition of our Angular monolith into a federated Micro Frontend architecture. You will architect the "shell" application and define Module Federation strategies to manage shared state and routing, ensuring we maintain high feature velocity and a seamless user experience across independent teams.
• Product Collaboration: Partner with Product Managers to understand the "Why" behind features. You will help shape the roadmap by identifying technical opportunities that drive user value.
• Quality Advocacy: Establish a "Quality First" culture. You will design the testing strategy for a distributed frontend, ensuring that independent deployments don't break the integrated user experience.
• MFE Orchestration: Design the "shell" application and module federation strategies, managing shared state and routing across independent teams.
• Full-Stack Alignment: Work closely with our Microservices backend teams to ensure API contracts are robust and support a decoupled frontend.

• MFE Migration Veteran: You have led or played a major role in migrating a production monolith to Micro Frontends. You know the pitfalls of versioning and shared dependencies.
• Deep Angular Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of Angular (v16+), RxJS, NgRx and performance optimization.
• AI-Fluent Developer: You expertly use AI development tools for faster workflow, code generation, debugging, refactoring, and documentation. You craft effective prompts and actively explore new AI techniques to boost productivity and code quality.
• Testing Obsessive: Deep experience with Automated Testing (Cypress, Playwright, Jest). You understand how to implement "Contract Testing" to ensure different MFEs play nice together.
• Product-Minded: You don't just take tickets; you ask questions about user impact, accessibility, and business goals.
• Full-Stack Savvy: You understand how Microservices work and can contribute to backend discussions regarding API design and data flow.
