Production Support Role - Financial Services

As an accomplished professional, you will lead the Production Support function for banking applications with a deep understanding of core banking platforms and regulatory systems. Your role will involve managing large cross-functional teams to ensure 24x7 system stability, regulatory compliance, and seamless banking operations support, particularly in corporate banking and financial services environments.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Heading the Production Support division to ensure uninterrupted operations of critical banking systems such as Oracle FLEXCUBE, OFSAA, Oracle Financials, and regulatory platforms.
• Leading and managing a team of 30 professionals across L1 to L3 support tiers, overseeing incident management, root cause analysis, and service improvement initiatives.
• Ensuring high system availability and strict adherence to SLAs in collaboration with business, compliance, and infrastructure teams.
• Managing cross-departmental support for Corporate Banking, Finance, Risk, and Compliance.
• Handling incident escalations, prioritizing issues based on business impact, and overseeing timely resolutions.
• Coordinating release and change management activities to minimize disruptions to business operations.
• Regularly engaging with business heads to align system capabilities with operational requirements.
• Defining and enforcing robust monitoring, alerting, and reporting frameworks for production systems.
• Championing automation and optimization initiatives to reduce manual dependencies and improve turnaround times.
