🔎 Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP BW + SAP HR expert to manage and optimize HR data reporting, integration, and analytics systems. This role also involves team coordination and stakeholder collaboration to ensure high-quality data delivery.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance SAP BW environment (data models, InfoProviders, queries)
• Handle data extraction from SAP HR to SAP BW
• Monitor and troubleshoot process chains & data flows
• Ensure data quality, consistency & performance optimization
• Support integration with external systems (Data Lakes / Enterprise platforms)
• Lead ticket resolution & minor enhancements
• Develop and maintain HR reports & analytics
• Provide technical documentation & user support

✅ Must-Have Skills

• Strong experience in SAP BW (Classic / BW/4HANA)
• Hands-on experience with SAP HR (Mandatory)
• Expertise in ETL processes & data integration
• Knowledge of ABAP (debugging / enhancements)
• Strong understanding of HR data structures & reporting

⭐ Good to Have

• SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
• Power BI
• Experience with Data Lakes / Azure integration
