Job Description

Project Overview:

We are seeking a CRM Functional Analyst to support a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) implementation. The selected candidate will work closely with the Functional Lead and cross-functional teams to deliver a successful CRM implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define business scenarios, conduct fit/gap analysis, and create detailed specifications
  • Develop functional designs, document User Stories, and produce required project artifacts
  • Facilitate business workshops and design sessions
  • Support the Functional Lead, QA, Development, and OCM teams as required
  • Document decisions and perform ongoing business and system analysis
  • Process and manage requirements and design decisions
  • Support the Data Migration workstream by identifying and documenting fields (form location, field types, schema names, etc.)
  • Complete system configuration, testing, and validation within Dynamics 365 CRM, including portals
  • Contribute to deployment readiness and validation activities

Required Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE)
  • Experience conducting fit/gap analysis and documenting functional requirements
  • Strong understanding of CRM configuration, testing, and validation
  • Experience supporting data migration activities
  • Strong documentation and stakeholder facilitation skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with D365 Customer Service module and portals
  • Experience working in regulatory environments
  • BC-based candidates preferred
