Job description

Elevate food safety standards as a Quality Assurance Manager, leading comprehensive safety and quality management programs. This role focuses on compliance, audits, and team development in a fast-paced environment. As a key leader, you will manage the development and maintenance of Food Safety and Quality Management Systems. This includes ensuring compliance with various industry standards and regulatory requirements. You will support audits, conduct gap analyses, and promote continuous improvement initiatives within the Quality Assurance team. Key Responsibilities:

Lead the implementation of Food Safety Management Systems
Serve as the SQF Practitioner and compliance leader
Conduct audits and gap analyses to maintain standards
Manage allergen and sanitation programs effectively
Analyze quality data to drive improvements Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related field
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Proven leadership in quality management
Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently Drive operational excellence and safety through your expertise as a Quality Assurance Manager.
