About us

Quaza Inc. is a federally incorporated Toronto company with two lines of business: Quaza Collect, an online collectibles shop that ships Premium Collectibles, sports cards, and board games to customers in more than 15 countries, and The Six Stones, a digital growth studio that helps Canadian small businesses with their online stores, advertising, and websites. We are a small, hands-on team and this is our first hire, so you will work directly with the founder and see every part of the business.

What you will do

  • Handle client communications: reply to emails, keep clients updated, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks Schedule and coordinate tasks across our client accounts and our own store Support order fulfilment: pick, pack, and prepare international and domestic shipments with our packaging standards Receive and log incoming inventory from our distributors General administrative support: records, invoices, and simple reports

What we are looking for

  • Organized and dependable, with good written English Comfortable learning software tools; we use Shopify and AI-assisted workflows daily and will train you on all of them Able to work on-site in Toronto for fulfilment days, with some flexibility on scheduling Interest in e-commerce, collectibles, or digital marketing is a plus but not required Must be legally entitled to work in Canada

Pay and growth

$20.00 per hour, around 10-20 hours per week to start. As our volume grows we expect this role to grow toward full-time, and you will be trained in the AI-assisted workflows we use to run the business.
