Job Description

Position: Bilingual Customer Support Specialist

Location: Markham

Salary: $36 per hour

Schedule: Hybrid - 3 days in office / 2 days remote

Job Type: 1-year contract with strong potential to go permanent

What You'll Do

  • Provide bilingual phone and email support.
  • Process orders accurately and follow through to resolution.
  • Assist new customers and support online ordering.
  • Collaborate with teams to enhance the customer experience.
  • Maintain high service standards.

What We're Looking For

  • Bilingual fluency in French and English.
  • Post‑secondary education.
  • Contact center experience seen as an asset.
  • Knowledge of SAP ECC or similar systems.
  • Team player with attention to detail and tech‑savvy.
