This role sits at the heart of our AI transformation agenda, spanning both internal capability building and client-facing commercial growth. As Executive Manager, Delivery & AI Transformation, you'll orchestrate delivery of our most strategic initiatives across the global Consumer vertical – the critical link between strategy and execution, freeing up our client-facing teams to focus on relationships while you drive flawless delivery across a genuinely varied portfolio. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll manage cross-functional delivery of high-visibility projects where success is measured in both client satisfaction and commercial outcomes.

How will you make an impact?

• Lead our shift to AI-powered delivery: Reimagine how we work by building blended teams that combine human expertise with AI tools, and help lift AI fluency across our analytics and delivery teams
• Turn partnerships into growth: Work with our technology partners to unlock new, jointly-funded opportunities for clients, and grow our core data products through new use cases and markets
• Own end-to-end delivery: Run high-value Consumer initiatives, from syndicated reporting to AI automation, coordinating seamlessly across our Analytics, Product, Technology and Operations teams globally
• Build the tools of tomorrow: Create shared tools and reusable components that make AI-powered delivery repeatable, and help shape a growing AI transformation consulting practice, including how we price and package it
• Govern the portfolio: Lead resource planning, financial tracking and executive reporting, make smart calls on what to build versus buy, and stay ahead of delivery risk

The superpowers you'll be bringing to the team:

• Delivery leadership: Significant experience as a delivery manager, program manager or project lead in data, analytics or technology environments, equally comfortable across agile, waterfall and hybrid ways of working
• Pace and momentum: You bring hustle and pace, push back when it matters, and refuse to accept that big companies just have to move slowly
• Natural influence: Equally credible with executives and delivery teams, translating strategy into action and progress back up the chain, and getting outcomes without needing to pull rank
• Hands-on curiosity: You get into the detail and are comfortable using the latest AI-powered development tools to push work close to production, rolling up your sleeves when needed
• Breadth and commercial acumen: You range naturally into product and strategy, backed by strong resource planning, budgeting and risk management skills. Entrepreneurial or startup experience is a strong signal, particularly where it's involved working with large enterprises, though strategic backgrounds are equally welcome provided that strength is grounded in real delivery discipline
