Things You’ll Do
- Manage a broad book of business, with a focus on new business hunting (100% outbound).
- Collaborate with internal teams—including Professional Services, Implementation, and Subject Matter Experts—to align solutions with client needs.
- Stay current on solution offerings and the competitive landscape to craft effective proposals and pricing strategies.
- Execute a systematic approach to contract negotiations and multi-account management ensuring win-win outcomes.
- Leverage your curiosity and coachability to continuously improve performance and contribute to team success.
What We’re Looking For On Your Resume
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt, with examples of overcoming skill gaps through manager collaboration.
- 3 years of successful individual sales experience with at least 1 year in a hunter closing role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota; candidates with Presidents Club or equivalent achievements preferred.
- Familiarity with MEDDIC sales methodology and Salesforce.com or comparable CRM platforms.
- Willingness to travel 1-3 times per quarter for client meetings.
