Our core focus spans across two highly impactful verticals: an AI Hiring Platform that automates end-to-end recruitment, and an advanced AI QA Platform that streamlines software testing. We are looking for a driven BDE to help us take these products to enterprise clients globally.

The RoleWe are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive who doesn't just know how to sell, but truly understands technology. You will be the tip of the spear for our global enterprise outreach, working independently to build lead-generation strategies, identify high-value targets, and articulate the technical value of our AI platforms to decision-makers.

What You Will Do

· Drive Independent Lead Generation: Build and execute targeted outbound campaigns (via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold email, and cold calling) to reach enterprise prospects globally.

· Target Enterprise Decision-Makers: Identify and engage with CTOs, VP of Engineering, and HR Directors, understanding their specific pain points in recruitment and software quality assurance.

· Consultative Tech Pitching: Translate complex technical architectures—such as how our AI QA platform integrates with existing tech stacks or how our AI Hiring tool processes data—into clear business value.

· Pipeline Management: Qualify inbound leads and manage the early stages of the sales funnel, setting up high-quality discovery meetings for the leadership team.

· Market Research: Continuously monitor global tech trends to refine our sales messaging and identify new enterprise use cases for our AI products.

Who You Are

· Tech-Savvy: You have a solid understanding of software development lifecycles, cloud architecture, and modern SaaS tools. You are comfortable discussing technical concepts with engineering leaders.

· B2B Enterprise Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in outbound lead generation, specifically targeting mid-market or enterprise companies in the US, UK, or global markets.

· Exceptional Communicator: Flawless written and spoken English. You know how to write cold emails that actually get replies.

· Independent Executor: You are self-motivated and don't need micromanagement to hit your daily outreach metrics. You know your way around modern sales tools (e.g., Apollo, Lusha, Hubspot, Lemlist).

· Resilient & Hungry: You thrive in a startup environment and are motivated by closing big enterprise deals and earning performance-based incentives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
