Senior AWS Cloud Engineer – 3 months contract

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior AWS Cloud Engineer to join our team and work on a cloud migration project. This role requires deep expertise in AWS services, infrastructure as code, and cloud architecture best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with AWS cloud services
• Highly prefer AWS Cloud Engineer Certification
• 8+ years in cloud implementation
• 8+ years in experience with Terraform
• Experience with containerization (Docker, ECS)
• Experience with monitoring tools (CloudWatch, X-Ray and Alarms)
• Knowledge of database management (RDS)
• Experience with networking and security in cloud environments (VPC, ALB, NLB and Security Groups)
• Experience with serverless technologies (Lambda, API Gateway)
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
• Experience with GitHub Actions
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, secure AWS cloud infrastructure
• Manage multi-environment deployments using Terraform (Dev, QA, Production)
• Optimize cloud costs and performance
• Implement security best practices and compliance requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95.00-$105.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
