Position Overview

Are you passionate about data and curious about the future of autonomous driving? QCraft is building the next generation of self-driving technology, and we need Data Analysts to help us make sense of millions of miles of driving data. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and early-career professionals to enter the exciting world of autonomous vehicles — no prior automotive experience required!

Key Responsibilities

Analyze large-scale autonomous driving datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights
Create dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics of our self-driving systems
Work with engineering teams to define data requirements and analysis frameworks
Perform statistical analysis on driving behavior, sensor performance, and system reliability
Build and maintain data pipelines for automated reporting
Present findings to stakeholders in clear, actionable formats
Contribute to data quality initiatives and documentation

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field
0-3 years of experience in data analysis (freshers welcome!)
Proficiency in SQL and at least one data analysis tool (Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or Python)
Basic understanding of statistics and data visualization
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Interest in autonomous driving and AI technologies is a big plus
