Pay Range: $90 - $100/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot
• Build and deploy microservices-based architectures
• Develop and manage cloud-native applications on AWS
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build and deployment
• Containerize applications using Docker
• Monitor application performance using New Relic
• Conduct performance testing and load testing to ensure system scalability and reliability
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and Product teams
• Follow best practices in code quality, security, and system design

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Required skills : Java , Microservices , Spring boot and AWS
• Strong experience in Java (8 or above)
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot
• Solid understanding of Microservices architecture
• Experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.)
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar)
• Experience with Docker and container orchestration
• Experience with New Relic or similar monitoring tools
• Strong knowledge of performance tuning and load testing tools
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience with Kubernetes
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation)
• Exposure to financial services domain
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
