Position - Financial System Analyst (Infor CSF)

Skill Required - Finance Technology & Operations, Healthcare Finance.

Skills and Experience

• 10+ yearsof experience in finance operations, ERP/financial systems support, and/or finance technology delivery, including leadership responsibility .
• Strong hands-on experience withInfor CloudSuite Financials (CSF)(preferred) or comparable ERP financials platforms, with ability to lead module support across GL/AP/AR/FA and ideally Projects/Grants
• Strong understanding of
• Core finance processes and end-to-end transaction cycles
• Financial close cycles, reconciliations, and financial reporting dependencies
• Project accounting and grants management concepts (preferred in healthcare/public sector contexts)
• Proven experience inSLA-driven managed servicesdelivery, including governance, reporting, and continuous improvement
• Experience leading complex issue resolution across business and technical teams (Finance/HR/IT), including integrations and upstream/downstream impacts
• Strong command offinancial controls, audit/compliance, and operational risk management in systems-supported finance environments
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to translate technical issues into business impact and clear action plans

Preferred Knowledge/Skills

• Experience inhealthcare financeenvironments and/or other regulated industries
• Exposure toHR/payroll integrations(e.g., UKG Finance systems) and related reconciliation/control considerations
• Understanding ofmulti-entity accounting, shared services models, and intercompany processing support
• Experience leadingtransition and stabilizationactivities in managed services or outsourcing models
• Familiarity with monitoring/alerting, ticketing tools, and service management practices (ITIL-aligned)
