MS Engineering Operations - Senior Associate - Power BI & Automation Analyst - Operate

As a Power BI & Automation Analyst at PwC, you will be responsible for building insightful dashboards, automating business workflows using Power Automate, and supporting/enabling operational processes using ServiceNow. You will collaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into analytics and automation solutions, ensuring data accuracy, usability, and adoption.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards/reports (DAX, data modeling, visuals, performance tuning).
• Connect and transform data from multiple sources using Power Query, ensuring data quality and refresh reliability.
• Design and implement workflow automations using Power Automate (approvals, notifications, data sync, integrations).
• Work on ServiceNow tickets/requests, collaborating with stakeholders to resolve issues and support service operations.
• Prepare executive-ready deliverables and updates using Excel and PowerPoint (analysis, storytelling, presentations).
• Gather requirements, document solutions, and support UAT, deployments, and post-go-live enhancements.
• Maintain solution documentation, access controls, and basic governance practices for reports/flows.
• *Mandatory Skills (Must Have):**
• Power BI (reporting, dashboarding, data modeling, DAX, Power Query)
• Power Automate (cloud flows, approvals, integrations)
• ServiceNow (working experience in ticketing and operational workflows)
• Strong working knowledge of Excel (advanced formulas, pivots, data analysis) and PowerPoint
• *Good to Have Skills:**
• Understanding of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge)
• C or Python programming (automation, scripting, data handling)
• Tableau (basic to intermediate experience)
• *Certifications (Good to Have):**
• Microsoft Power BI certification
• Microsoft Power Automate / Power Platform certification
• ITIL
• CSM (Certified ScrumMaster)
