Role Overview

We are hiring experienced and result-driven Store Managers to lead our retail stores, drive sales performance, and ensure exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations efficiently
• Drive sales targets and achieve store KPIs
• Lead, train, and motivate the store team
• Ensure high standards of customer service and engagement
• Maintain store hygiene, VM standards, and product displays
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and shrinkage control
• Handle customer queries and resolve escalations
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth store functioning

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in retail/store management (beauty/cosmetics preferred)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Target-oriented with a sales-driven mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and retail systems
