About the Role

You’ll manage the full Accounts Payable cycle and be the go-to contact for vendors and internal teams. This role is ideal for someone who naturally looks for better ways of doing things - someone who often asks:

“What slows me down? How can this be done faster, easier, and better?”

You’ll have autonomy, room to grow, and the opportunity to improve processes in a meaningful way.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and post vendor invoices
• Prepare and issue payments
• Reconcile vendor statements
• Communicate with vendors regarding inquiries
• Maintain accurate AP data in NetSuite
• Suggest and implement workflow improvements

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in Accounts Payable
• Comfortable with ERPs
• Good Excel skills
• Functional in both English and French
• Curious, eager to learn, resourceful, and proactive in simplifying processes
