Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Assistant Store Manager to join our team and help drive store success.
Experience: 01-02 years of experience in Retail, preferably in the food and beverage or retail industry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in daily operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
- Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and ensure excellent customer experience.
- Handle store opening/closing procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Monitor stock levels, place orders, and coordinate with vendors as needed.
- Train and supervise staff, ensuring adherence to company standards.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
