We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Assistant Store Manager to join our team and help drive store success.

Experience: 01-02 years of experience in Retail, preferably in the food and beverage or retail industry.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist the Store Manager in daily operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and ensure excellent customer experience.
Handle store opening/closing procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.
Monitor stock levels, place orders, and coordinate with vendors as needed.
Train and supervise staff, ensuring adherence to company standards.
Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
