BAND 5 - MENTAL HEALTH NURSE
Job Title: Mental Health Nurse
Banding: Band 5
Location: Barking
Working Hours: Full-time/Part-time
Rate: £17.20- £27.32 per hour

What will your responsibilities be?
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

- Assist with gastric tube insertion and feeding.
- Utilize restraint and head hold techniques when necessary.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Qualifications and Experiences:
- Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration.

- Experienced in gastric tube insertion and feeding.
