<p><strong>About the Role</strong>:</p> <p>&nbsp;PubMatic is seeking a dynamic Director, Advertiser Solutions, Brands to join our exceptional team! &nbsp;As a key member of our team, you will report to the Senior Vice President of Advertiser Solutions and play a pivotal role in refining and executing PubMatic’s sales strategy across advertisers and brands . You’ll leverage your industry knowledge and strategic vision to drive net new sales while shaping long-term partnerships and drive revenue growth. If you’re passionate about advertising technology and have a proven track record in leading sales teams and achieving revenue targets, this role is for you! &nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What You'll Do</strong>:&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li> <div>Refine the sales strategy and ensure successful execution to meet revenue targets across key advertiser verticals including Pharma, Healthcare, Cable, Streaming, Retail (Big Box and Mass), Pets, and Education</div> </li> <li> <div>Lead by example in promoting a collaborative work environment and holding the team accountable for their targets and performance (what is measured can be managed).&nbsp;</div> </li> <li> <div>Collaborate with internal teams such as Product Management, R&amp;D, and client success teams to ensure that client needs are met effectively.&nbsp; (be a voice of the customer)</div> </li> <li> <div>Travel to events, conferences and clients' meetings wherever your vertical approach takes you.</div> </li> <li> <div>Communicate effectively with senior leaders both internally and externally, confidently navigating challenges and influencing decision-making.&nbsp; (come to the table with ideas)</div> </li> <li> <div>Develop lasting relationships with in-house teams at brands and advertisers to drive strategic growth (this is not an Agency role). &nbsp;</div> </li> <li>Guide discussions with clients on the roadmap of product features and advocate for the development of solutions that meet their needs. &nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span><strong>Who You Are</strong>:&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Twelve plus years of experience in sales, business development, and client success within advertising technology, with five plus years of managing a team.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Five plus years of Programmatic technology experience (DSP, SSP, Ad Server, DMP, CDP, etc)&nbsp;</li> <li> <div>Demonstrated ability to understand and teach clients the dynamics of the sell-side or buy side, including supply-side platforms, ad serving technology, and the programmatic advertising landscape.&nbsp;</div> </li> <li>Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue goals by leading teams to achieve objectives and grow business with brands and advertisers. &nbsp;</li> <li>&nbsp;Demonstrated ability to present effectively to C-level executives and navigate challenges with poise and confidence. &nbsp;</li> <li> <div>Demonstrated ability to lead with empathy and emotional intelligence, fostering a positive and inclusive team culture. &nbsp;</div> </li> <li> <div>A problem solver, an idea generator and most importantly a doer.</div> </li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p><strong><span class="TextRun SCXW173254248 BCX0" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="none"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW173254248 BCX0">Compensation Disclosure</span></span></strong></p> <p><span class="TextRun SCXW173254248 BCX0" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="none"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW173254248 BCX0">In accordance with</span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW173254248 BCX0"> applicable law, the </span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW173254248 BCX0">below </span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW173254248 BCX0">salary</span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW173254248 BCX0"> rang</span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW173254248 BCX0">e provided is PubMatic’s reasonable estimate of the total compensation for this role. </span></span><span class="TextRun Highlight MacChromeBold SCXW173254248 BCX0" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="none"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW173254248 BCX0">New hires and current team members are typically </span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW173254248 BCX0">compensated toward the middle of our pay range.</span></span> <span class="TextRun SCXW173254248 BCX0" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="none"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW173254248 BCX0">The</span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW173254248 BCX0"> actual amount may vary, based on non-discriminatory factors such as location, experience, knowledge,</span> <span class="NormalTextRun SCXW173254248 BCX0">skill</span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW173254248 BCX0">s</span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW173254248 BCX0"> and abilities.
