Overview

We are looking for a Creative Director team (Art Director & Copywriter) with a content focus to join us at Publicis! In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing fully integrated advertising campaigns, in partnership with our content creators, strategists, producers and creative team. You will also be responsible for mentoring and guiding the development of junior creatives, pushing to elevate the creative product and craft.

Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Work as a team to develop ideas for campaigns including websites, social media, OOH, digital content, broadcast, experiential and beyond.
  • Concept Development: Develop and present creative concepts to executive creative leadership that meet project objectives and elevate our clients' brand presence.
  • Design Execution: Oversee the execution of visual design from concept to final hand-off, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and high standards of quality.
  • Client Collaboration: Partner with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and effectively communicate design solutions.
  • Presentation skills: Be able to effectively sell your ideas to clients based on the brief and in partnership with key stakeholders.
  • Team Development: Mentor and guide junior team members, providing constructive feedback and fostering their professional growth. Tracking performance and working with the CCO/ECDs/GCDs to provide feedback.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design innovations to continually enhance our creative offerings.

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of agency experience, with a focus on social and content.
  • Solid knowledge of marketing, brand, and design principles and development.
  • Experience leading and managing creative teams.
  • Strong concept and strategy development skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong creative partnership and leadership, internally and with clients.

Additional information

Transparency matters to us. The salary range for this position is CAD $140,000-$200,000 per year. Actual compensation within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and applicable certifications. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on current market data.
