Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage base salary and incentive programs, including job evaluations and salary survey participation.
- Conduct comprehensive market analyses to assess the competitive stance of the organization's compensation programs.
- Ensure compliance of all compensation-related activities with applicable laws and regulations.
- Evaluate organizational jobs, meticulously documenting responsibilities and requirements within job descriptions.
- Lead the annual compensation planning cycle, including the formulation of incentive salary increase budgets.
- Perform in-depth analysis and interpretation related to the organization's compensation programs to drive informed decision-making.
- Support the implementation and continuous maintenance of the salary structure.
- Assist in the annual budget planning process, contributing to strategic fiscal decisions.
- Collaborate with the Recruiting team and HR Business Partners to establish competitive compensation for new hires.
- Deliver presentations on data and analysis tailored for all levels within the organization.

- Capable of collaborating with both functional and technical teams, internally and externally, to achieve desired outcomes.

- Exhibit a positive attitude and readiness to do what is necessary to meet deadlines.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
- Experience with ERP/SaaS solutions (e.g., ADP Vantage, Lattice, Workday) is preferred.
Compensation
At Public Consulting Group, compensation varies based on several factors, including office location, role, skill set, and experience. As per applicable law, PCG provides a competitive compensation range for this role: $80,000-$95,000. Additionally, PCG offers an array of benefits, including medical and dental care, 401(k), PTO, parental leave, and bereavement leave.
