ProxyLink is teaming with a client located in the West GTA to hire an experienced Digital Brand & Partnerships Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional who is passionate about building engaging digital campaigns, growing online communities, and developing impactful creator partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across major social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Create and manage content calendars that support product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers, creators, ambassadors, and strategic brand partners.
• Coordinate influencer campaigns, negotiate partnerships, and oversee campaign execution from planning through reporting.
• Monitor social media performance, engagement, audience growth, and campaign effectiveness while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal marketing, creative, sales, and e-commerce teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging platforms, and consumer behavior to recommend innovative marketing strategies.
• Prepare performance reports and present insights that support future marketing initiatives.
• Manage external agencies and vendors while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, brand management, influencer marketing, or social media.
• Experience managing digital campaigns and creator partnerships for consumer-focused brands.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content strategy, and digital analytics.
• Excellent communication, project management, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
