Motion Graphic Designer and Video Editor Role

Position: Graphic Designer & Video Editor

We see graphic design and videos as visual storytelling that engages, informs, and inspires. We are looking for a highly creative graphic designer who can take conceptual ideas and create visual representations. The graphic designer should be able to take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them into a design and videos that connects.

The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of branding and marketing, with the ability to vary style and layouts depending on the project.

Graphic Designer & Video Editor Responsibilities:

• Study design briefs and determine requirements by the Manager
• Conceptualize visuals and videos based on requirements, and work closely with management to understand and convert their ideas into graphics and videos.
• Develop illustrations, pictures, and other designs using available software
• Create innovative and creative graphic designs and characters.
• Editing video footage and adding effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.
• Editing and syncing visuals with audio tracks or recording
• Brainstorming visual and copy ideas with other members of the marketing/creative team.

Graphic Designer & Video Editor Requirements:

• Graduation / Diploma in Graphic Designing
• Familiarity with best practices for graphics and video content on social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)
• Technically proficient with the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solving skills
