DevOps/Site Reliability Engineer

Role Overview : We are looking for a skilled DevOps / SRE Engineer to build and manage scalable, reliable, and high-performance infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in cloud platforms, automation, CI/CD, and observability, with a focus on improving system reliability and deployment efficiency. Key Responsibilities : - Design, build, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for faster and reliable deployments - Manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS/AKS) - Implement and enhance monitoring, logging, and alerting systems Ensure high availability, performance, and system reliability (SRE practices) - Automate operational tasks using scripting and improve system efficiency - Collaborate with development teams to improve release cycles and system stability Core Technical Skills (Must Have) : - Strong hands-on experience with AWS and Azure Expertise in Terraform (Infrastructure as Code) - Experience with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps - Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes (EKS / AKS) - Strong knowledge of monitoring & observability tools: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch, Azure - Monitor Proficiency in scripting languages: Python, Bash, or Go Good to Have : - Understanding of SRE principles (SLAs, SLOs, incident management) - Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems - Exposure to security best practices and cloud cost optimization Key Requirements : - 5 to 7 years of experience in DevOps / SRE roles - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments - Good communication and collaboration skills (ref: hirist.tech)
