What You'll Do
As the primary point of contact for customers, you'll play a critical role in delivering an outstanding service experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting customers in person and over the phone
- Listening to customer concerns and documenting vehicle issues
- Creating repair orders and managing them from start to finish
- Reviewing Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) with customers
- Explaining repair recommendations and maintenance needs
- Building repair estimates and securing approvals
- Ordering parts and coordinating with technicians
- Providing updates throughout the repair process
- Maintaining accurate service records
- Delivering exceptional customer service and follow-up
- Helping customers understand the health and safety of their vehicles
What We're Looking For
- Previous Service Advisor experience preferred
- Automotive industry experience highly preferred
- Open to candidates with strong customer service, retail sales, or automotive backgrounds
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to explain technical information in a simple, customer-friendly way
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable using shop management software and digital tools
