Application Support Engineer(MOM)

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Application Support Engineer to support enterprise applications and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with MOM, Cisco, AWS environments, and will work closely with DevOps and Network teams to maintain system stability and performance. Key Responsibilities: Provide application support and troubleshooting for enterprise systems. Install, configure, and manage using MOM (Manufacturing operation Management). Monitor system performance and resolve production issues. Collaborate with DevOps and Network teams for deployments, integrations, and system improvements. Manage communication between technical teams and stakeholders during incidents and updates. Maintain documentation for installations, configurations, and operational procedures. Required Skills: Strong experience with Application Support / Production Support. Hands-on experience with MOM installations and monitoring tools. Experience with Cisco networking technologies. Working experience of AWS cloud Platform. Experience working with DevOps and Network teams. Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
