Provide comprehensive legal support to the company’s South African diversified operations, which include mining and manufacturing businesse s.

Key Responsibilit ies

▪ Drafting, reviewing and negotiating Term Sheets,Purchase Agreements, Shareho lderAgreements, Share Purchase Agreements, Trading Agreements, EPC contracts and O&M contr acts▪ Independently leading negotiations and successfully finalizing agreements with diverse vend ors,reputable customers, and major br ands▪ Drafting, reviewing and negotiation of other Agreements like NDA’s, Bank Guarantees, L easeDeeds, consultancy agreements, MOUs, ERPAs and other supply/service agreem ents▪ Coordinating and briefing with external counsels for legal opinions on matters on various issues of the Comp any.▪ Communicating and coordinating with the investors for various approvals, intimations, compliance as per the executed Investment Agreem ents▪ Advising the company on third party acquisitions, including structuring the transactions, wor kingclosely with outside counsel and reviewing transaction docum ents
