Become a Talent Acquisition Lead with real influence in our organization, working closely with senior leadership to drive quality hiring. This is not your typical recruiting role. We are looking for a motivated recruiter with 3 to 5 years of experience who is ready to manage 15-20 roles while building proactive talent pipelines.
You will partner with leadership to impact decisions directly and ensure hiring quality without hand-holding. This position calls for an ownership mindset and the ability to spot real talent amidst the noise. Key Responsibilities:
