Insurance Sales ( Agency Channel)

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Field Sales Executives to join our team. The role involves hiring and training new partners, driving sales, and ensuring seamless partner engagement to achieve business targets.

Location - Bangalore,Udupi,Tumkur,Hassan,Belgaum,Hubli,Gulbarga

Insurance Products to be handled: Life , Health, Motor( Experience in SME Products - Fire, Burglary Marine, Engineering , Liability and Misc policy will be an added advantage)

Key Responsibilities:

• Hire & train new partners to associate with the company for onboarding new customers.
• Train partners to effectively use company products.
• Act as a liaison between the company and partners to ensure productivity.
• Achieve business goals set by the company through partners.
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure all partner-related processes are followed.
• Handle the full range of retail products including Health, Property, and Motor Insurance.
• Identify, communicate, and agree on premium targets with POS.

key qualifications & competencies:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Field Sales & agency channel
• Preferred background: Insurance, Broking.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work towards targets and thrive in a sales-driven environment.
