Location : Hyderbad (Candidates from Hyderabad preferred)

Roles & Responsibilities:
Contact existing customers through outbound calls for policy renewal reminders.
Explain renewal benefits, policy coverage, and premium details to customers.
Follow up with customers to ensure timely policy renewals.
Generate and maintain renewal leads through regular customer interactions.
Resolve customer queries related to policy renewal, payment, and coverage.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth renewal processing and policy issuance.
Maintain accurate records of customer conversations and renewal status in CRM/software.
Achieve monthly renewal and revenue targets assigned by the company.
Build strong customer relationships to improve retention and customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines during customer interactions.
Requirements
Multilingual proficiency is mandatory. Candidates must be fluent in English and Hindi, along with the regional language.
Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with customers over calls.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
Strong customer service and follow-up skills.
Experience in telecalling, customer support, insurance, BFSI, or sales will be preferred.
