Sr. Product Designer - Hybrid Set up

Key responsibilities

Watch user sessions and interpret and synthesize user experience with the product

Conduct user interviews to gather feedback and inform the design vision

Create Lo-Fi wireframes and prototype new features and revamp existing interfaces

Develop high-fidelity, pixel-perfect designs with attention to elevated and modern UI

Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to align on priorities informed by research and data

Required Skills and Experience

100% of must-haves need to be met:

Experience: 4+ years in UX/UI roles

Hands-on:

Experience with UX strategy, journey mapping, and designing intuitive user flows

Experience designing web mobile web and native applications

Experience revamping a product with demonstrated success metrics

Experience working with a sophisticated Design System

Preferred Background: Startups and small, high-ownership teams
