Priority One Transport is an Edmonton based, family owned company. We are looking to hire a full time Professional Class 1 Driver for our Fort McMurray team.
This position will be for delivery of LTL and truck loads from our Fort McMurray location into all the sites. The opportunity will allow for a schedule of either Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday with the opportunity for a 6th day if needed. Will always be off on Sunday.
Based in Fort McMurray and we do not offer accommodations nor is this a cap position. You will need to living in the Fort McMurray area.
Majority of deliveries will be on an open deck 5ton or 53 ft flat deck trailer. You must have experience in strapping down freight. Chaining will also be needed periodically.

- Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol test
- Must have a professional attitude, good commercial driving abstract, and a solid knowledge of HOS requirements.
- Knowledge and experience within the oil and gas industry an asset
- Familiarity with the operations in the Wood Buffalo region is an asset.

Duties are mainly delivering Polymer into various heavy oil sites. There may be days that pickup/delivery of LTL and full loads on 53' deck within Fort McMurray may be required.
As this position is in Fort McMurray you must reside there. This is not a camp job and we do not offer to find or cover accommodations.
Valid OSSA/BSO/CSO, CSTS, First Aid & H2S Alive is an asset, but not a prerequisite to apply. Paid training will be provided for the right candidate.
