Pay Rate: $58.72 per hour

Position Summary

The Office 365 Administrator will be responsible for administering, supporting, and optimizing Microsoft 365 and Exchange environments within a public sector organization. This role requires strong expertise in Exchange administration, Windows Server and Active Directory management, endpoint and identity management, and Microsoft 365 security features. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience supporting enterprise messaging systems, ensuring system availability, security, and compliance in a government environment.

Required Experience

• 3 years of experience administering and troubleshooting Office 365 environments.
• 7 years of management and administration experience with Microsoft Exchange.
• 4 years of experience supporting Microsoft Exchange 2016 or higher.
• 2 years of experience with Microsoft Intune administration, including device and policy management.
• 2 years of experience بابت Oracle Identity开展 account management.
• 6 years of experience with Windows Server 2016 and above, including:
• Windows Server administration
• Active Directory administration
• Enterprise server patching
• Vulnerability management
• 2 years of experience installing and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 applications.

• 2 years of experience working in the public sector as an IT messaging administrator.
• 2 years of experience implementing and monitoring Conditional Access Policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support Office 365 and Microsoft Exchange environments.
• Monitor and troubleshoot messaging services to ensure high availability and performance.
• Manage Active Directory, Windows Server infrastructure, and enterprise patching.
• Administer Intune policies for device management and endpoint security.
• Support identity and access management using Oracle Identity Manager.
• Configure and maintain Conditional Access and security policies.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 applications.
• Administer SharePoint Online permissions, sites, and configurations.
• Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to ensure compliance with government standards.
• Document configurations Fahrer procedures, and operational processes.
