Senior Lead Analyst - Finance Report Writing

As a Senior Lead Analyst - Accounting at Principal, you will play a crucial role in supporting world-class financial management and analysis in Pune, Maharashtra, India. Your responsibilities will include:

• Building, improving, and maintaining recurring management reports and dashboards.
• Assisting with consolidating financial data from multiple systems or sources.
• Ensuring reports are accurate, timely, and aligned with leadership needs.
• Finding opportunities to streamline, automate, or improve reporting processes.
• Researching and analyzing ad hoc management questions related to financial performance, trends, and variances.

Qualifications required for this role are:

• Chartered Accountant qualification.
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with sophisticated problems within demanding time constraints.
• Proven critical thinking, process improvement, strong communication skills, agility, and self-motivation.
• Strong attention to detail while also being able to work at a higher, strategic level.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and encourage others.
