Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for the implementation of capital projects for the Prince Georges County Schools. The Project Management Supervisor oversees a team of project managers and support staff, implementing approximately $100m in capital projects. Projects range from small capital improvements to new schools. Most projects are multi-year. The Project Management Supervisor ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with a high-quality result.

EDUCATION REQUIRE

MENTS:Professional degree from an accredited college or university with some coursework in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or a relatedfield; or any equivalent combination of experience, education and training which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abil

ities.

CERTIFICATION REQUIR

EMENTS:PE or architectural license preferred. USGBC LEED AP pre

ferred.
