Full Stack Engineer

Compensation: $125,000–$225,000 base + equity + full benefits

Location: U.S. (Remote/Hybrid — varies by candidate)

Our client is a fast‑growing AI platform company focused on observability, evaluation, and performance optimization for modern machine learning and LLM systems. Their technology enables engineering teams to build reliable, production‑grade AI applications with confidence. They are seeking a product‑minded fullstack engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges while delivering exceptional user experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Build scalable, maintainable, and high‑performance features across the stack, primarily using TypeScript and React, with opportunities to work in Python and Go
• Design APIs, domain models, and system architectures tailored to customer ML and LLM workflows
• Develop performant, reusable UI components used across the platform
• Research and implement advanced visualization and dimensionality‑reduction techniques in distributed environments
• Partner cross‑functionally with product, design, and customer engineering teams to expand platform capabilities
• Contribute to development of internal AI agents and intelligent tooling
• Help drive architectural decisions for new and existing features
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical documentation

What They’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience building production frontend applications, ideally with React + TypeScript
• Track record of debugging complex systems in collaborative engineering environments
• Experience working on high‑scale, high‑volume SaaS platforms
• Strong product ownership mindset and ability to ship features end‑to‑end
• Passion for crafting intuitive, high‑quality user experiences
• Genuine interest in AI, LLMs, and emerging technologies
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Bonus Experience

• GraphQL or comparable API technologies
• Data, analytics, ML, or visualization platforms
• Working knowledge of machine learning or data science concepts
• Hands‑on experience building with or integrating large language models
