This role focuses on 1+ years transactional, administrative law, or litigation experience, or recently-completed judicial clerkship; strong legal writing and research; transportation, infrastructure, airports, public-sector regulatory, contracts, operating agreements, pleadings, and administrative litigation work.

Litigation Associate (San Diego)

Location: San Diego, CA

Compensation: $150K-$170K + annual performance-based bonus

Experience: 2-3 Years

Work Model: Hybrid

This role focuses on 2-3 years litigation with public law focus; support partners/senior attorneys across civil litigation, case assessment, discovery, motion practice, mediation, trial prep, legal research, memoranda, deadlines, filings, client interviews, witness prep, depositions, and mediations.

Trial & Litigation Attorney (7+ years)

Location: Los Angeles / San Diego / Oakland, CA

Compensation: $190K-$300K + discretionary performance bonus
