Shift/Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday – Friday)

Pay Rate: $18.00/hr

Location: Elkridge, MD

Job duties:

• Manually load and unload shipments of cabinetry and kitchen components, ensuring all items are handled with care to prevent damage.
• Move and stage products throughout the warehouse to prepare for daily deliveries and upcoming installations.
• Assist in organizing inventory and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient workspace to optimize warehouse flow.
• Perform basic quality inspections on incoming materials to ensure they meet company standards before being placed in stock.
• Work collaboratively with the warehouse team to meet daily productivity goals and ensure customer orders are processed accurately.

Requirements include:

• Proven ability to perform heavy lifting consistently throughout an 8-hour shift.
• Must possess and wear steel-toe boots at all times to comply with safety regulations.
• Strong work ethic with a reliable track record of punctuality and consistent attendance.
• Ability to follow verbal instructions and adhere to all warehouse safety protocols.
• Work stationary for long periods of time and perform repetitive tasks.
