The OpportunityAs a Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Partnership Tax - Senior Associate, you will provide tax advice and guidance during mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions. Your role involves analyzing the tax implications of these transactions, developing tax structures, and assisting clients in navigating complex tax regulations to optimize tax outcomes. Within our Tax practice, you will focus on delivering strategic tax planning and compliance solutions, helping businesses navigate intricate tax regulations and enhance their tax positions.
As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing ambiguity. What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Before starting full-time at PwC, meet the educational requirements to be eligible to sit for the CPA exam in your intended state of employment (Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity).

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
