In this dynamic environment, we are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Automation & Power Platform Specialist to join our Human Capital team. Join a forward-looking Systems team where you will own the automation and digital evolution of Human Capital processes, driving efficiency, data-driven decisions, and scalable employee experiences. 

 

  • Automate and optimize HR processes (e.g. recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle), ensuring scalability and efficiency 

  • Evaluate and redesign HR processes before automation to maximize impact 

  • Design and implement workflows using technologies such as Power Automate, Power Apps, HR systems, and Microsoft 365 

  • Identify and implement pragmatic AI use cases (e.g. Copilot, AI Builder, prompt-based automation) that deliver measurable value 

  • Support and enhance HR systems (e.g. Workday, SuccessFactors), including integrations and continuous improvements 

  • Elevate HR analytics and reporting solutions (dashboards, KPIs, data models) to enable data-driven decisions 

  • Act as a translator between business and technology-gathering requirements and converting them into scalable digital solutions 

 

 

What you bring matters 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field  

  • 2–5 years of experience in HR Technology, automation, or process improvement roles  

  • Experience with HR systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar)  

  • Hands-on experience with Power Platform and Microsoft 365 ecosystem 

  • Experience designing solutions using a combination of automation and AI tools 

  • Strong data handling, reporting, and analytical skills  

  • Understanding of HR processes and ability to translate business needs into solutions  

  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
