Testing Analyst 3 ETL Test Engineer

As an ETL Test Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:

• Authors test cases for larger computer systems within the scope of a broader defined testing strategy and is typically involved in test strategy development for projects and systems.
• Authors test cases for larger computer systems and complex multi-system integrations and works with other members of the project team to gain necessary input and execute appropriate revisions to ensure accurate and complete software testing activities.
• Ensures creation of test data to support test case execution and supports creation and maintenance of libraries of reusable test data sets.
• Executes test cases and logs/retests issues found.
• Performs internal peer reviews of test cases from other Analysts prior to and following execution as required to ensure issues/errors with the test scripts are identified and resolved.
• Reviews requirements specifications for testability and verifying/ensuring traceability of testing to requirements and vice-a-versa.
• Possess a detailed understanding of the requirements elicitation, analysis, and specification process including user requirement specifications and functional specifications for larger, complex applications.
• May be involved in the project-planning phase of a computer system and be required to provide work estimates.

Qualifications required:

• Experience on any of the ETL tool
• Experience of SQL (Strong in SQL & Pl/SQL)
• Hands-on experience in any of Test Management tools like Client ALM or Synapses RT and Jira
• Strong knowledge in ETL concepts
• Strong knowledge in SDLC/STLC processes, along with Testing Concepts
• Knowledge about Test Plan/Test Strategy, or any test deliverable documents
• Testing Hands on Experience on Bigdata tools/Applications
• Knowledge about Defect Life cycle
• Should have analytical skill
• Candidates must have strong verbal, written and communication skills

Good to have skillset:

• Experience with Clinical data/Clinical Domain
• Agile and Lean SDLC process
• Experience on could technologies
• Experience with Test Automation
• Experience in python or Java languages
