Job description

About Us

At Prenuvo, we are on a mission to flip the paradigm from reactive “sick-care” to proactive health care. Our award-winning whole body scan is fast (under 1 hour), safe (MRI has no ionizing radiation), and non-invasive (no contrast). Our unique integrated stack of optimized hardware, software, and increasingly AI, coupled with the patient-centric experience across our domestic and global clinics, have allowed us to lead the change against “we caught it too late again".

We’re transforming how patients engage with proactive healthcare—bringing clarity, compassion, and connection to every step of their journey through radiology and preventative medicine. Our team is reimagining clinical operations by integrating software, automation, and AI to scale meaningful patient care.

We are seeking a full-time Registered Nurse Navigator to join our Prenuvo Medical Group. This is a remote, patient-facing role that combines direct outreach with strategic internal collaboration. You’ll be a clinical voice on the frontlines calling and supporting patients as they move through the Prenuvo experience while also helping shape the systems and workflows that enable care at scale.

If you're a systems-minded nurse who enjoys helping people feel seen, heard, and empowered—and you thrive in collaborative, fast-moving environments this role was designed for you.

This is a fixed-term, 22-week contract position covering a leave of absence and is fully remote. Candidates must be located in the US within registered Prenuvo locations and be comfortable working across time zones (EDT/CDT/MDT/PDT).

This role does not provide visa sponsorship. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire and must not require employer sponsorship for a work visa (current or future).

Help reshape the world through proactive healthcare while working with cutting-edge technology and high performing teams with deep expertise - join us to make a difference in people’s lives!

What You’ll Do

The Registered Nurse Navigator is a hybrid clinical and operational role that blends patient-facing communication with cross-functional collaboration. You'll provide high-touch support to patients undergoing imaging procedures, while working alongside internal teams to continuously improve how care is delivered.

Patient Care & Navigation

  • Proactively call and follow up with patients to guide them through the Prenuvo journey
  • Conduct pre-scan assessments and answer patient questions with clarity and empathy
  • Support patients in understanding what to expect, how to prepare, and what their next steps may be
  • Offer clinical insight and emotional support as needed, referring to NPs or MDs when appropriate

Internal Collaboration & Influence

  • Partner cross-functionally with operations, product, clinical, and support teams to surface patient needs and friction points
  • Contribute to internal process improvements by sharing insights and identifying workflow gaps
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, knowledge sharing, and feedback loops

Clinical Documentation & Coordination

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient interactions
  • Ensure compliance with privacy standards and clinical protocols
  • Coordinate with other members of the medical group to ensure seamless patient care

What You’ll Bring

  • Active compact state RN license
  • Available to work full-time hours during standard business hours
  • Minimum 3 years of clinical experience, preferably in ambulatory care, radiology, oncology, or concierge settings
  • Minimum 2 years of remote nursing experience in addition to the 3 years of clinical experience
  • Certifications in radiology-related and/or oncology-related nursing
  • Strong background in patient communication, education, and relationship-building over the phone and video
  • Experience working cross-functionally within healthcare or digital health teams
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment—comfortable with ambiguity, pivots, and iterative work
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence using clinical software, telehealth platforms, and productivity tools
  • Demonstrated systems thinking and eagerness to contribute to continuous improvement
  • A warm, calm presence and a commitment to patient-centered care
  • Passion for Prenuvo’s mission and excitement to build something new

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in digital health or remote patient support
  • Experience in project or operations roles within clinical environments
  • Knowledge of MRI safety and imaging workflows
  • Certification in MRI technology (e.g., ARRT certification).
  • Advanced training in quality management or healthcare administration.
